Herbal Bread Making: Sourdough & Salts November 23rd, 2024

Join certified clinical herbalist and avid baker, Rachel Bull for a night of learning, eating, and making! If you’ve always wanted to bake sourdough but don’t know where to start, this class is for you. Rachel will be teaching you how to make homemade sourdough and explaining the different herbs and foods that can be added to spruce up your loaves. Throughout class, we will be sampling a variety of breads, so come hungry! Along with sourdough, we will discuss herbal infused salts. Herbal salts are great additions to a loaf of bread and for use in everyday cooking.

Participants will walk away with a sourdough starter, a detailed sourdough recipe, an herbal infused salt of your making, and a full belly!
