Areas of Focus
Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching
Ayurveda teaches us how to listen to the body’s signals and understand the root causes of imbalance. Kaylee’s wellness coaching supports harmony across mind, body, and spirit, with care that may include guidance around:
-
Digestion and nutrition
-
Sleep and daily routines
-
Stress management and nervous system support
-
Hormonal balance and cyclical health
-
Reconnection to body and intuition
This work is ideal for those experiencing digestive concerns, fatigue, hormonal shifts, stress, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.
Postpartum Care
Birth is a sacred transformation that leaves the body open and in need of deep, intentional care. Kaylee’s Ayurvedic postpartum support focuses on restoring ojas—your vital essence—through warmth, nourishment, and rest. Postpartum care may include:
-
Deeply supportive in-home visits offering both physical and emotional care
-
Warming Ayurvedic therapies such as abhyanga (warm oil massage)
-
Herbal sitz baths, yoni steaming, or castor oil packs, as appropriate
-
Gentle space-holding, guidance, and support during the postpartum transition
This care honors the transition into motherhood and supports fuller healing, grounding, and nourishment.
