
Herbal Focaccia: Take & Bake

Join clinical herbalist & baking enthusiast, Rachel Bull for an interactive herbal focaccia workshop. During class you will discover new ways to incorporate herbs and infused oils into your baking. The flow of class will include sampling focaccia, preparing & straining an infused oil (to be eaten with the focaccia!), a walkthrough of a recipe, and an interactive portion where folks will get their own focaccia to decorate with herbs, flowers, and vegetables to take home & bake! The provided focaccia will be gluten free and vegan.Â
Participants will walk away with an herbal focaccia that’s ready to bake and detailed recipes for making your own infused culinary oil and herbal focaccia at home. All materials will be provided.Â
