You will learn about these springtime plants’ nutritional and medicinal benefits. And you’ll learn how to make your own infused culinary vinegar to use in the kitchen! All participants will make and take home a flavorful infused vinegar to use for quick pickles, stir fries, salad dressings, homemade condiments and more.
