Kristen Frost is a nationally board-certified and licensed acupuncturist who provides personalized, comprehensive treatments rooted in the principles of East Asian Medicine. Her practice focuses on supporting the body’s innate healing ability through gentle, evidence-informed care that thoughtfully integrates traditional East Asian Medicine with modern healthcare.
With extensive experience practicing within an integrated medical setting, Kristen has a particular passion for helping individuals recover from orthopedic injuries, manage acute and chronic pain, and navigate pre- and post-operative healing. Her thoughtful approach combines traditional East Asian Medicine with comprehensive treatment planning to support healing, restore function, and promote long-term wellbeing.
