Jennifer Dragge,
LMT
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Jennifer Dragge has been a licensed massage therapist for over twenty years, a journey that has taken her through a range of specialties and modalities (and places!). With an education from The Nevada School of Massage Therapy and the Euphoria Institute of Beauty Arts & Sciences (both in Las Vegas), Jen’s unique educational background, and innate warmth and passion for massage, enable her to provide meaningful relief and quality of life to her clients.
Jen has worked as a massage therapist in high-end hotels and spas, including Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay and The Bellagio, as well as more medically-specialized establishments working with pain management and injury-specific massage. Before settling into The Stinging Nettle, Jen was working at Revive Massage in downtown Loveland with a long list of regulars.
The modality-specific massage types that Jen offers are relaxation, deep tissue, cupping, prenatal, and aromatherapy. But because of her extensive background and education, she has been trained in many additional techniques that can be used to customize any massage, including: Swedish massage, sports massage, structural integration, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, gua sha, Thai massage (table & mat), LaStone, facilitated stretching, cranial sacral therapy, and reflexology.
Please feel free to reach out with any inquiries. We’re excited to see you at The Stinging Nettle!

Sierra Metteluna, LMT
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
METTELUNA MASSAGE
With a decade of athletic experience under her belt, Sierra has gained extensive insights into supporting the body through its healing processes and maintaining optimal function. Her journey began with her own 15 yearlong battle with back and knee injuries, where she learned firsthand the importance of proper body care and rehabilitation. Since then, she has experienced some version of each kind of issue and found unique ways of supporting their unique transformations. This understanding fueled her motivation to seek out advanced training in neurological bodywork systems, leading her to travel to Chicago and Ohio for the courses. There, she immersed herself in learning techniques that are typically reserved for unique physical therapy offices, mastering one-of-a-kind methods that enhance the body’s natural healing capabilities.
After a few years of practicing manual therapy techniques with gym clients, she became licensed in massage. Sierra’s experience in massage has evolved over the years and this helped her become passionate about tapping into a state of flow during each session, ensuring that every client feels genuinely cared for. She is also equipped in supporting emotional trauma release during massage and enjoys mixing her sports massage with her sessions to create evolved relief in everyday life.
Sierra enjoys offering her skills to clients as a spectrum of Yin, to Yang modalities. Yin being the emotional and mental transformative massage work, and Yang being her pain management and sports massage work. Her goal is to provide a personalized and effective approach to bodywork, helping clients achieve their wellness goals and transcend the subconscious patterns keeping them from feeling their best.
