Here’s the brief terms and conditions I have.
1. Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is $250. If you would like a tester (as long as available in product) minimum order value is $300.
2. How to place order
- Submit your order via website rootedwithali.com
- You must be a registered user to view the wholesale portion of the site. If you have not yet registered please go to the web site, click under tab “Wholesale” and select Wholesale Inquiry” follow the prompts and submit your information.
- You will receive a registration approved email with your log in details.
- ORDERING: Once logged into the site, under tab “Wholesale” select “Wholesale Ordering” and place your order.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not allowed, unless stated in #9.
6. Payments
rooted with ali accepts credit card payments through the paypal option at checkout.
8. Shipping
There will be a flat fee of $15.00 attached to each order.
9. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact rooted at ali at hello@rootedwithali.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.
10. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.
